Works right away. Straps on nice. I recommend finding their YouTube channel. Found this easily and was shipped fast and had a 10$ discount. It was already charged on arrival so I was able to try it out right away

I originally got this for my knee, which gives me trouble, but I was really happy to find it works great for my elbow too (I have cubital tunnel syndrome and joint issues from Ehlers–Danlos, so I’m always looking for ways to get relief). The heat feels amazing—nice and deep, not just surface warmth—and it heats up fast with different levels to pick from. What I love most is how portable it is. I don’t have to sit plugged in next to an outlet, and since I travel a lot, being able to take it with me on the go has been a huge help. Even without vibration, the heat alone makes such a difference for my joints, and it’s become something I have been using every day since it arrived!

As a heater for the knee it works well with 5 different levels of heat. The fit was a bit loose even after I fully tightened the straps but it’s a heater not a brace so I kept that in mind but took away a star because of it. Very high heat so if you have sore knees this will work for you.
