This article is a transcribed, edited summary of a video Bob and Brad recorded in September 2025. For the original video, watch This Gadget Might Be the Cure for Migraine & Eye Fatigue
Mike: Are you tired of migraines, dry eyes, or constant eye strain? Well, we have one simple gadget that can help with all three. Plus, it can help you fall asleep faster.
Brad: As Mike just mentioned, I really enjoy mine. So, you can just put it on like this.
Mike: Now, this one specifically has a heat or cooling option. Right now, I have it on the heat option, so it is nice and warm and massaging my temples. It actually does not massage your eyeballs themselves, but the area around your eyes.
Mike: And this one also has a cool setting, so you get an eye mask. You put it in the freezer, cool it down, or put it in the refrigerator, and then you can put it on your face.
Brad: Do it. Do it.

Mike: Do it. This specific model of the OcuSpa 3 actually has a gray version with a normal, smaller eye mask, but the black version of this one actually covers your whole head almost to the top. It is much bigger. So, if you're more of a migraine sufferer, that could be a better option because sometimes cooling that whole region can really help reduce migraines.

Brad: That's right. I do want to emphasize that the massage not only goes around the eyes but also on the temples. And for me personally, that is a major relief when that massage on the temples allows things to relax for me for those tension headaches.
Mike: Now, these do fold up nicely and go compact if you want to travel with them. Comes with a little carrying case. Here is the charging cord. You just plug it in and recharge it that way.
Brad: You got to plug both ends in.
Mike: Well, yes, you do have to plug both ends in. Also, it has music options. You can have your own customizable music, no music, or the music built in.
Brad: You mean Bluetooth?
Mike: Bluetooth. Yes. Connected to your phone. It has three compression levels. And it also has five different massage modes as well as two heat options.
Brad: Yeah. So, after 15 minutes, it'll turn off automatically. With me, typically, I've already fallen asleep by then, which is nice. Turns off, and then I wake up, take it off, and sleep more.
Mike: They do seem like little goofy contraptions, but you actually like to fall asleep with them quite often.
Brad: I just said that. Yeah. I really thought they were a gimmick when they first came out, but I personally enjoyed it, as did my wife. She was using hers last night.
Mike: Oh my goodness. Well, the eye massagers also have other variations in other colors. If you do not happen to like the ones that you find here, you can choose from the other color options. However, only the black model has the larger cooling mask. They are also FSA and HSA eligible. So, if you don't want to use your money, you can pay for it with those accounts as well.
Brad: Well, it is your money, but you know, it's actually good savings. It's pre-tax, so it's good savings.
Yes. If you want to find this, you can go to Our Store and go to the product section, or you can find them on Amazon as well.
Brad: There you go. Enjoy your eye massagers, and you'll do much better with sleeping well, headaches, etc.
