iMaster Pro Massage Chair

I am a Bob and Brad fan for many years. They walk the walk, and stretch the stretch. I have bee researching chairs for over a year and somewhat disenchanted with some of the outrageous prices. Many were well over $10,000. We checked many in the showrooms and at a few gyms. We checked out Bob and Brad’s (it was actually $500 cheaper on Amazon). We got the chair a month ago. It was excellent right out of the box. I am still learning new features everyday. I only wish I could set it for at least an hour. It truly hits my sore spots and puts me to sleep. This is a $10,000 chair selling for $2,600 with a reasonably-priced 5 year extended warranty.

This massage chair is the best I have ever used. I love everything about it. I’ve tried my share of massage chairs believe me. Now that I own this one, I don’t even use the one at my chiropractors office. It is quiet. I can use it even when my husband is in bed sleeping. He can too when I am sleeping. The best money I have spent is for this chair. Truly, if you are in the market for a massage chair, you will not be disappointed. The price is great too.

I’ve bought Bob and Brad massagers before so I knew how good they were. That’s all they do is massagers and I figured the chair would be no exception. This is one of the ones that extends for taller people so that was another selling point. You would have to spend thousands of dollars to get this feature in any other massage chair. We haven’t even gone through all the different massages yet but it is like having your own personal massage therapist. I’m loving the foot massage! It is heavy so have help when it’s delivered. And the chair has a 365 pound weight limit so I wanted to point that out. But it’s definitely worth the money.

This chair is a game changer. Due to my job as a truck driver, I have been having some lower back pain issues. My wife ordered this chair, and I think I have let her use it once. I'm using it all the time! So many different program settings, to make sure you hit just the right spot. You can adjust individual area intensities, so it can be tailored to your specific needs. For those who think this is a fake review, I'll even include what I didn't like. Once the chair is reclined, and your controller is in the holder, I can't see it anymore. I think having a longer, or adjustable holder for the controller would be a big improvement.

I purchased the Bob & Brad massage chair to help with the general “getting older” aches and pains—some days it’s my lower back, other days it’s my shoulders. I first tried a similar chair at a gym, but this one blows that one out of the water. And I don’t have to sit in a chair right after someone I don’t know! You’ll want a partner to help get it out of the box, but after that, setup is easy. Pro tip: Lift the seat cushion and you’ll see the remote connection right underneath—Brad points this out in the setup video. The variety of massage programs is incredible. I haven’t tried them all yet, but everything I’ve used has been fantastic. Each program has its own feel and intensity, whether I want deep work on my back, a gentle unwind at the end of the day, or the surprisingly great stretching routines. One of the biggest surprises has been the foot massage. The rolling + compression combo is strong in a therapeutic, not painful, way. Pro tip: Spend a few minutes exploring the menus.

I am extremely impressed with this massage chair. I purchased it to help relieve persistent upper-back and shoulder pain. As a photographer, years of poor posture have definitely taken a toll on my neck and upper traps. From the very first session, I was amazed at how accurately the chair identified and targeted my problem areas. My upper traps are full of knots, and when I say this chair found them and worked them out—believe me, it absolutely did. I primarily use the gentle massage setting, and for me, the pressure is more than sufficient. I honestly don’t see myself needing a stronger setting for my upper-trap area because the gentle mode provides deep, effective relief without discomfort. Another unexpected bonus was the foot massage. I didn’t anticipate enjoying it as much as I do—wow. The combination of air compression and rotating massage balls feels incredible and genuinely melts away tension. It has quickly become one of my favorite features.

I purchased the Bob & Brad Massage Chair for recurring lower back tension, and after a week, it’s surpassed my expectations. Setup was quick, the programs offer everything from full-body relief to Thai-style stretching, and the foot massage is surprisingly powerful and relaxing. The chair is sturdy, quiet, easy to control, and feels like true wellness equipment—not a gadget. If you deal with back tension, sit long hours, or want reliable at-home relaxation, this chair is absolutely worth it.
