Tools For Back Pain

Bob and Brad discuss tools for back pain.

Your Complete Toolbox for Back Pain Relief: Here's How It Works

You've probably heard us say it before: back pain doesn't have to be permanent. But knowing where to start can feel overwhelming. That's why we created a complete library of back pain solutions—and today, we're giving you the roadmap.

What Are These "Tools" Anyway?

When we talk about tools for back pain, we're not talking about devices or gadgets. We mean the things that actually work: exercises, stretches, positions, and educational tips designed to help you take control of your back.

Here's the thing—not every tool will work for every person. That's why we've built out a massive program with 30+ videos. You'll find the ones that resonate with your specific situation and skip the rest. No one-size-fits-all nonsense here.

Where to Find Your Tools

Visit our Programs section to access our complete guided programs for:

  • General Back Pain

  • Sciatica

Each program includes a downloadable PDF with step-by-step exercise instructions, photos, and helpful explanations. You can print it out or save it to your phone, making it easy to follow your program without having to rewatch the video every time you need a reminder.

How Do You Know If a Tool Is Actually Working?

This is the million-dollar question, right? Here's how to tell:

The pain is retracting. If your pain typically radiates down your leg and you try one of our tools, watch for the symptoms to pull back up the leg. That's your signal that you're on the right track. As the nerve becomes less irritated, pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness tend to improve from the bottom up.

The discomfort disappears after the exercise. You do the tool, it feels good during, and the relief sticks around afterward? Keep doing it.

Immediate pain = stop immediately. A little discomfort at the start of a stretch is normal. Sharp, acute pain is not. If something hurts, stop and try something different.

Don't Forget the Little Things

Sometimes the biggest impact comes from the simplest changes. Bad posture in your car seat? That could be sabotaging your entire recovery plan. One of our "tools" might just be adjusting how you sit.

The Bottom Line

This video series is your introduction to a whole library of solutions. Whether you're dealing with chronic back pain or just starting to feel it creep in, there's a tool waiting for you.

Always consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. This series is designed to complement professional medical treatment, not replace it.
