The Bob & Brad Workout Anchor & Exercise Bands

Bob & Brad Demonstrate How to Use Resistance Bands With Their Wall Anchors

How to Use the Bob & Brad Wall Anchor & Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are a simple, versatile way to build strength at home. Adding the Bob & Brad Workout Wall Anchor gives you even more options for upper-body, lower-body, core, and cardio exercises without traditional weights.

Setting Up the Wall Anchors

The Wall Anchors provide secure attachment points for resistance band exercises and can be installed at different heights to change the direction of resistance.

Important: Anchors must be installed into a wooden wall stud—not a steel stud. Always follow the included installation instructions before exercising.

For the most versatility, position anchors at three heights:

  • Low: Around ankle height for lower-body exercises

  • Middle: Around chest or shoulder height

  • High: Around wrist height with your arm extended overhead

Placement can vary depending on your height and exercise needs.

Choosing Your Resistance

The resistance band set includes five levels:

Yellow – 15 lbs. | Red – 20 lbs. | Blue – 25 lbs. | Green – 30 lbs. | Black – 35 lbs.

You can also adjust resistance by moving closer to or farther from the wall or combining multiple bands.

The set includes sturdy handles for upper-body exercises, ankle straps for leg exercises, and a door anchor for those who don't have wall anchors.

Using the Door Anchor

The door anchor can be positioned at the top, middle, or bottom of a securely closed door, giving you several exercise angles.

Always make sure the door is secure and won't be opened while you're exercising.

Why Use Wall Anchors?

Wall anchors make it quick and easy to switch between exercises and resistance levels. With anchors positioned at multiple heights, you can move between exercises for your:

Arms • Shoulders • Chest • Back • Core • Hips • Legs

You can even add resisted aerobic movements for an extra cardio challenge.

A Versatile Home Workout

With multiple resistance levels and anchor positions, the Bob & Brad Wall Anchor and Resistance Bands provide plenty of options for strength, mobility, rehabilitation, and general fitness—all with a compact home setup.

Always make sure your anchors are securely installed and choose a resistance that allows you to exercise with good control and proper form.
