If you've ever finished a long gaming session only to be greeted by aching wrists, sore thumbs, stiff fingers, or forearm pain, you're not alone. Hand and wrist pain from gaming, computer use, and repetitive mouse or keyboard activity is becoming increasingly common.   • Improve circulation

  • Reduce muscle tension

  • Decrease trigger points
