The operation is very simple and straightforward, just press the button and massager starts messaging with warm and gentle moments, the air compression is great, I do not know that it has soothing music too, which is a pleasant surprise. You can also pair to a device with your own music if you want to. Coming to the working cycle, it starts with gentle moments and compression and slowly moving through slightly higher intensity and different movements, I usually do the complete 15 minute cycle, overall I enjoy using it after spending a day full on my computer screen. I would be happy to recommend this to a friend.

I though after I purchased this that I would probably never use it, but that is not the truth. I have used it several times and it is so comforting. I love the adjusted features, heat, pressure intensity, and music or soft rain. The cool mask is useful as well. If you have headaches or need to relax, this product works very well for that. The noise is a little louder than I'd like, but the music or nature sounds hide that a bit. Would make a great gift for someone. It is a little heave as well, but I don't notice it when I use it. Nice case to store it in as well.

I was skeptical but thought it was interesting enough to give it a try. Let's talk about comfort- you can't relax without that! Its light weight and size adjustment options allow for comfort when wearing. There are nice music and sound options. The heat and vibration levels are perfect! When I have it on, it literally forces me to relax and that alone is worth the money. The only functional drawback for me is when you turn it off, it says "goodbye" completely disturbs my relaxation.
