Deep Relief for Your Back, Shoulders, and More

This is my second Bob and Brad product, and it arrived at the perfect time—winter, when I need massage relief the most. The setup is extremely simple: just connect the power cable to the massager, attach it to any chair (I used my office chair), and you’re ready to go. The remote is very easy to use. Press the power button to start the massage, toggle the heat on or off, use the “spot” feature to focus on a particular area, and adjust the intensity as needed. It also has a cool light effect when the heat is turned on—the color shifts to red, which makes it surprisingly fun to watch while it’s massaging. The build quality is great. It delivers a very effective massage with impressively low noise, and the intensity is quite good too. I do wish it were a little bigger, but considering the price, it’s more than acceptable. Overall, this is a much more affordable option compared to a full-blown massage chair, yet it gets surprisingly close to providing that high-end experience

This new Bob and Brad back massager has been great so far. It offers three different alternating modes and three intensity levels that can be adjusted individually to fit your needs—the third intensity is a little TOO effective, lol. In addition to heat, it also has a “pin-point” mode, which I haven’t really seen on other back massagers and really appreciate for targeting especially sore spots. My only gripe is that I wish it could reach just a tad bit lower. As for build quality, I have no complaints—it’s high quality, just like their other products. And even if it were to stop working, their customer service TRULY goes above and beyond.
