Ben Patrick is an elite personal trainer and the founder of the “Athletic Truth Group,” a gym and online training service based out of Clearwater Beach Florida. Ben's own chronic knee problems started at age 9, and by 18 he had 3 surgical knee alterations and had to quit basketball. That’s when he decided to devote his life to figuring out how to bulletproof his knees, and he did just that, transforming from the fragile guy with a lifetime-best 19-inch vertical jump to now having the knee advantage even when playing against elite NBA players, plus a 42-inch vertical, the only known and documented case of an adult going from sub-20 to over-40 inch vertical jump.
