Seems to work very well, but bottle is very rigid, especially if you have arthritic hands. Found a pump from a soap container that I cleaned out, which works much better! Need to add a pump !

I was surprised at how slippery it was. My experience with these types of creams is that they're pretty creamy. At first, I didn't experience much relief but after letting it sit, I'm feeling the relief. It's gradual for me. After 15 minutes, I'm feeling the relief totally in a strained calf muscle. Feels good!
