This chair is a game changer. Due to my job as a truck driver, I have been having some lower back pain issues. My wife ordered this chair, and I think I have let her use it once. I'm using it all the time! So many different program settings, to make sure you hit just the right spot. You can adjust individual area intensities, so it can be tailored to your specific needs. For those who think this is a fake review, I'll even include what I didn't like. Once the chair is reclined, and your controller is in the holder, I can't see it anymore. I think having a longer, or adjustable holder for the controller would be a big improvement.
