I have used this a few times now and find that the massage is pretty intense. I haven’t even tried the other settings yet. But the massager feels wonderful! My husband lost a job! I will be using this massager all the time. It has just enough heat to be comfortable and soothing.

I requested this item mainly out of curiosity. I didn't know what to expect. This shoulder and neck massager is pretty cool, and feels like someone is actually massaging. It's kind of creepy in what it looks like when it moves, but that's what makes it interesting too :) I do have a few issues with it though. I wish there was a way to adjust the location of the "fingers", because not everyone is the same width and length in the area the device is for. For me, it fits really narrow and short. I don't have long monster neck and shoulders, but it fits like it's for a petite woman. I also wish there were different levels of pressure, especially because the fingers are hard like marbles and sometimes not as much pressure would be nice. I know I can adjust the pressure by pulling or releasing on the straps, but that somewhat makes me adjust my arms and shoulders causing the device to not remain the the optimal place where it's needed most.

Love it! This massager feels premium without feeling complicated or heavy. It targets my tight spots with strong pressure, soothes with just the right amount of heat, and fits perfectly into my self-care routine. I’ve tried similar devices from other vendors, but this one has the best pressure and most effective targeted relief. I also love that it’s battery powered and easily rechargeable via USB-C - very convenient. It’s surprisingly portable, doesn’t take up much space, and is great to use at home, at work, or while traveling. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss way to relax and unwind.

Great device. It is very easy to set up. Initial charge took some hours but since then it is always charged (I leave it on charger.) Quite "real" feeling - the massage feels like hands pinching! I liked the way I could change how deep the massage goes, mostly by lightening up on the straps and holding it with less pressure against my neck. I also liked the heat feature. I saw other rvws that mentioned it did not fit their neck but I thought it fit perfectly. (make sure you aren't using it upside down! Bob & Brad Logo should be right side up) My husband and young adult son also used it & had no issue with size. All of us really liked it & for sure will use it regularly.
