Simple to use, deep tissue where ever you need it. Pull a muscle in lower back & used for a few days. Feel back to normal. Con: would be nice to have the straps click into each other as they are fixed like a backpack would be. I was sitting on couch & it would have been nice to cross strap across waist to secure vs pillows everywhere. Definitely worth the price. Also has a car adapter if your traveling too. Yay

This works really well for a light massage on the neck and back.... Not great if you're looking to actually relax because you do have to hold it and pull it to get any kind of pressure out of it and even then you can't do it too hard or it will stop. Is customer service is a 100% awesome and I would imagine warranty is too!

My hubby has a bulging disk in the lower back. He loves this massager. We have other ones, but this one is nice bc you can easily place it where you want it and slide it up and down your back easily. It has loops on ends for your hands so you can easily control the amount of pressure you want to apply and you press it into your back. Very nice.

This is the best massager for my arthritic neck. Easy to use and I love it so much I had my son and his wife try it. They have since purchased their own. The customer service is awesome. Highly recommend this massager.
